What ISO Accreditation have UK IT Networks been awarded?
UK IT Networks have received ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accreditations. These are central to the industry we work within, IT and security. Our awards have come from a UKAS accredited ISO body. ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. The standard is based on 7 quality management principles:

- Process Approach
- Evidence-based Decision Making
- Relationship Management
ISO 27001 sets out specific requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organisation. It is a standard of how to manage information security.
Why have we Worked to Achieve this Accreditation?
The senior UK IT Networks management team took the decision to achieve UKAS registered ISO certification to validate our internal processes and approach to service delivery and customer experience. For example, if a customer was to purchase a broadband package from us now and then again in six months, the process that we would use to complete that purchase would be the same, as these are the processes that we follow. For the customer, this demonstrates that their satisfaction is central to our services.
How do we Ensure we Work to these Standards?
We have adopted PDCA; Plan, Do, Check, Act in our day-to-day. PDCA drives a regular internal review and produces improvements across the company. This process is a continuous circle, and we build our improvements off each stage of the process. The ISO acts as a framework to underpin the UK IT Networks quality promise. The key with ISO is it is driven from the top, our processes reflect this and our directors are committed to ISO. Top of the chain management meets weekly, to review how we can do better, and then focus on getting these things done. Our external platforms, such as Feefo aid in our improvement plans. The platform engages our customers to give true and honest feedback. This is then displayed publicly on our website further strengthening our promise to quality. Internally, to ensure our staff remain at their best, we perform staff reviews. From this, we build onto their skills and development through refresher training and skill expansion sessions. Dedication to our staff is what gives them the confidence to raise points and areas for improvement.
