Who We Are

Here at UK IT Networks, we are a leading provider of telephony and IT support services. Our core product offerings are voice, connectivity, systems, IT services and solutions and we supply to businesses across the globe. The team members at UK IT Networks all work with the same ethos, our clients come first. We are focused on providing future-proof and resilient products to support business growth whilst providing honest, personable and well-supported customer service.

UK IT Networks Office

UK IT Networks was founded in 2012 and based in the North West but has since expanded into offices across the UK. We started primarily as a specialist supplier of inbound non-geographical services and very quickly established ourselves as a leading hosted telephony provider. Utilising partnerships with market-leading networks, including Gamma and 8x8, has expanded our customer reach across the globe.

Our offerings of internet connectivity, hosted telephony, IT support and hosting, and dynamic contact centre solutions remain at our core. Our approach to customer service remains the same. All customers have access to a dedicated, personable account manager on hand to assist with any queries. We offer 24/7/365 UK-based technical support.

Awards and Accreditations

In April 2021, we achieved full ISO 27001 : 2013 and ISO 9001 : 2015 certification from a UKAS accredited provider. The ISO acts as a framework to underpin the UK IT Networks quality promise and gives us a benchmark for performance and continued improvement.
We are proud to have been finalists for several awards over the years. In 2019 we were recognised as a winner at the Manchester Prestige Awards.

Ram Moetamedi
Managing Director
Ram Moetamedi

Ram founded UK IT Networks in 2012 as an opportunity for a customer-led venture, coming from a background in Account Management. Outside of work, Ram is a keen pianist and enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, golf and going to the gym everyday.

Operations Director
Guy Hickton

Guy founded UK IT Networks with Ram in 2012 after working together in Account Management for 8 years. They wanted to provide a better experience for IT and Communications customers. Guy enjoys working with the team and the variance that he has in his work. When he’s not in the office, Guy enjoys playing golf, running and spending time with his family.

Christophe Pasiorowski

Christophe joined the team in 2019. Outside of work, Christophe enjoys spending time with his kids and cooking.

Ian McCann
Finance Manager
Ian McCann

Ian joined the team in 2019 and has over 20 years’ experience in finance and accountancy. Ian enjoys the ever-changing environment of the job and finding ways to get information and make business decisions. In his spare time, Ian enjoys playing softball, woodwork and spending time with his family.

Helen MacGregor
Sales Manager
Helen MacGregor

Helen joined the team in 2021 and comes from a background in sales. Outside of work, Helen is an advanced scuba diver and enjoys going to the gym, cooking, eating out and time with her partner.

Darren Kenyon
Head of IT
Darren Kenyon

Darren joined the team in 2022 and has extensive experience in IT systems. Darren likes to experience the thrills of downhill mountain biking whenever he can, and spends the rest of his time with his cockerpoo Chester.

Toby has been with us for 2 years. He enjoys coming into the office and getting lots of pets and attention, lying in his bed and eating his treats.
