The SV20 Series

As the Environmental Sensor grows in popularity and adoption, customers are asking for more ways to maintain a safe, healthy, and sustainable indoor environment. In response to feedback from our customers, we are excited to introduce our next generation of Environmental Sensors: the SV20 Air Quality Sensor Series.

The SV20 Series Air Quality Sensors

The SV20 Series gives customers the ability to choose the right sensor for their specific use case. Sensors in the SV20 Series include:

 

  • The SV21, which includes 4 onboard sensors and is great for managing air quality essentials like temperature, humidity and CO2 in offices, classrooms, or server closets.
  • The SV23, which includes 10 onboard sensors including vape, TVOC, AQI and others and is designed for vape detection and deployments in schools, offices and more.
  • The SV25, our most advanced sensor, provides 14 unique sensor readings. With sensors to measure formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, and barometric pressure, among others, the SV25 provides a comprehensive air quality monitoring solution for indoor environments.

Better Air Quality Monitoring

In addition to being simple to install, scale and customise, the SV20 Series Air Quality Sensors ensure safe air quality and enhance building performance. Air quality monitoring and alert tools are included in the lineup, as are sensors that are easy to install, and cloud setup and management that is simplified in Command.

We provide organisations with simple-to-install PoE devices that can be deployed in minutes across a wide range of environments. After installation, Command acts as a central management hub for devices, alerts, Camera and Alarm integrations, proactive building improvements, and more.

These sensors also display basic Air Quality information across your entire facility, in addition to monitoring the air quality Users can configure powerful, intuitive dashboards for displaying and displaying air quality information, starting with Command. Dashboards are accessible through the Command web application, and can also be viewed on third-party devices such as TV monitors and tablets.

The Command Mobile app is also available for usage with Air Quality Sensors, so you can monitor air quality conditions while you’re on the go. For more proactive information on air quality, customers can also send SMS and email alerts to their staff in addition to Command Mobile.

Native Integration

The Air Quality Sensors also integrate seamlessly with our Cameras and Alarms, helping customers better protect people and assets. Like the SV11 Environmental Sensor, SV20 Air Quality Sensors can natively pair with our Cameras to provide important visual context on any indoor air quality condition.

With our Alarms integration, Air Quality Sensors can initiate an alarm response to verify video events, send emergency responders, send dedicated emergency alerts and more.

What does the motion sensor detect?

The environmental sensor measures motion with an infra-red reader. Alerts can be sent to contacts when there is motion, and this can be set to certain times of the day.

What does the vape detection measure?

The vape detection senses for smoke, vape and vapour in a 7-foot radius around the sensor.

How difficult is it to install sensors?

Our environmental sensors are installed with just one PoE cable for both power and data, and are connected instantly to your command platform.

Can the environmental sensors be integrated with cameras?

Our environmental sensors and cameras can be linked through the command platform, with contextual cameras allowing for more information about readings and identifying potential causes of anomalous readings.

Can I choose alerts are sent to?

Alerts for different measures and thresholds can be configured to be sent to specific individual contacts.

Will I be alerted to readings?

Yes – alerts can be received by SMS or email. Acceptable thresholds can be set up in the controller and alerts configured to be sent if a reading is outside of this threshold.

What environmental conditions are measured?

Our environmental sensors measure 8 readings: temperature; PM 2.5; TVOC; Vape Index; Air Quality Index; Humidity; Noise; and Motion.
