The majority of IT Support related enquiries are resolved quickly and over the phone. However, we offer both on-site and remote support agreements. Therefore, should you require a site visit, our engineers will be dispatched and will work on-site until we’ve rectified the issue.
We also aim to use the same technologies in-house as we provide to our customers, enabling efficient resolution times.
As a pro-cloud ICT business we encourage cloud based applications. This reduces risks, maximises security and moves your business away from CaPEX based purchases. It also enables us to access your systems quicker and be proactive to seeing any potential threat/issue before you notice it.
We work with a number of trusted IT support partners across the UK. Depending on your location, we may recommend IT support directly from one of our partners local to your business.
