Clogau is a jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler. Established 30 years ago in Wales, the second-generation family business has grown into stores across the UK. The designs have evolved from their Royal heritage and transition into more fashion-led pieces. Each item remains influenced by Celtic design and contains Welsh Gold.  In recent years, the company has expanded into stores along with its website and mail orders.

The Challenge

Clogau was experiencing issues with the level of customer service they received from their previous broadband provider. For Clogau, this meant that they were unable to contact support when experiencing technical issues.

“I couldn’t pick up the phone and speak to someone. The experience brought lots of unnecessary hassle trying to resolve technical problems.”  When they were able to get through on a call, there was an inclination that the support was lacking knowledge of Clogau’s account. Day-to-day this meant that Clogau had trouble within their retail stores. If the broadband was down, stores had a real issue with trading as they required an internet connection to use PDQ machines. The previous service was unreliable.
