Whilst Horizon will only authorise our provided hardware through Cisco, Polycom and Yealink currently 8×8 is somewhat different. 8×8 will work with most major IP phone providers. Furthermore, both our hosted phone solutions are provided with a softphone client, removing the need for hardware altogether.
