Who Are We Looking For?

Business Development Manager

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities. Research and build relationships with new clients. Follow up new business opportunities and attend new client meetings generated. Create detailed proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.

Communicate new product developments to new and existing clients, whilst ensuring that all data is accurately entered and managed within the company CRM. Manage customer feedback and deal with enquiries effectively.

What we are looking for in you?

Sales/Account management experience is mandatory, particularly in the telecom sector or similar field. A proven record of success in cross selling telecoms services into SME direct or indirect as well as experience in growing an existing client base is highly desirable.

A determination to succeed and use initiative to create that success.

The willingness to learn from others and use that experience to build upon your ability.

Excellent written skills and verbal communications is mandatory. A solid grasp of Microsoft applications, including, word, excel and outlook. PowerPoint is desirable.

New Orders & Billing Executive

Ordering new services that are ordered through the sales team, updating the status of orders and chasing suppliers for updates. Checking customer invoices to ensure accuracy. Answering the phones to customers and offering an update or providing customer information. Monitoring dashboards to ensure tasks are completed in time.

What we are looking for in you?

Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, PDF & Outlook. Have excellent Communication Skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and determination to succeed. The willingness to learn from others and use that experience to build upon your ability. Good attention to detail.

Sales Administrator

Obtain quotes and produce customer proposals. Create customer order forms whilst maintaining and updating sales and customer record. Check data accuracy in customer communication, maintain monthly reports. Deal with customer enquiries via email or telephone.
