In the majority of cases our Avaya engineers can diagnose and resolve most faults remotely within the same day and without cost. Reprogramming work is included within all of our maintenance agreements, leaving no costly surprises for our customers.
Our existing Avaya maintenance customers benefit from reduced costs for new or refurbished Avaya hardware. Additionally, where new firmware is available from Avaya and will benefit your business, we’ll always look to make those upgrades at the first availability.
