We have over 200 sets of historical and real time call statistics, dials, alarms, charts and desktop wallboards. Our wallboards are compatible on BroadSoft platforms. 

Our service is available to use anywhere across multiple sites, it is highly scalable and is suitable from 2 to over 10,000 users. It is quick and easy to set up, with no peripheral hardware or software requirements.

These Broadband connections are 1:1 contended (uncontended) and have QoS (Quality of service) rules applied to prioritise IP voice traffic above all other traffic.  They are solely for the purpose of connecting IP Telephony systems to our network.
