Data Washer allows any business that calls or texts a database of mobile customers, to cleanse their data before contacting them. This works using our link into the databases maintained by all UK mobile network operators.

When you upload your list of numbers onto our UK IT Interactive platform, we will email you the list of number sharing the following information.

  • Phone number status (handset connected or dead)
  • Current Mobile Operator (regardless of whether the number has been ported)
  • Phone Status unknown (user may be abroad, or not connected to their network)

If your data is used in a contact centre environment, or fed into a dialler, using clean data is paramount. It will massively improve agent idle times and productivity, by increasing the probability of calls being connected.
